Yes...I tried to help them by checking My O2..I couldnt sign in either. Sadly it also locked me out of the forum totally and I was logged in on PC I had to close down every tab, leave it for 5 minutes then logged in via email access... @MercedesS

Ok. In order to be helpful, I tested My O2 for the OP on this thread (who was complaining of getting an error message) https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Other-Products-Services/Can-t-log-in-to-My-O2-today-I-m-trying-to-trac...
I am on PC. Tried My O2. It wouldn't let me sign in and threw up an error message. I had 4 other O2 threads open on my PC which I was already signed in to. I tried to access the above link again and found I had been signed out.
So in conclusion ...attempting to sign in to My O2 and failing.. resulted in me being signed out of community. Every time I tried to sign into community again I was taken back to sign in page..
I could only get back online by closing down all O2 tabs, Leaving it for 5 minutes and accessing O2 again via email notification...
Using PC running Win 10 and FF. .

We have had some issues that now should be fixed and all running as normal. MyO2 will continue investigating the root cause. Thanks for your help.

No problems for me logging in, though I noticed another problem @MercedesS. I had two PM's from you stating I had moved up a level. I know these are autogenerated but the 2nd one informed me I had gone up to the level was already on (Relic) The first one actually told me the new level. Both sent at 15.27 ....
