Last Tuesday I ordered an iPhone 6 for my daughter for doing well in her exams for delivery Thursday evening (paid £8.99).
It never arrived.
After numerous phone calls last week it has apparently been lost between warehouse and courier! I have a note on my account saying waiting for email from warehouse.
My question is should I be punished for a **bleep** up at O2? Shouldn't a new phone be sent out to me while they investigate the issue internally?
None of this is my fault and I am a customer of O2 for 10 years with multiple contract phones for family members.
Very disappointed in O2 Customer service.

Hi @Anonymous
No it isn't normal to wait this long...particularly after paying extra to have it delivered.
You have to keep on to O2 re this http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
I would also be thinking about cancelling the order...and going instore to pick one up.
Congratulations to your daughter for doing well in her exams by the way...:smileywink:
