Hoping for some help.
my mother (89) has started getting numerous international (all over the world) calls to her O2 mobile at all hours of the day and night, this can be up to around 25-30 a night.
i have registered her mobile with the TPS a while ago, are O2 able to do anything to help with this problem
Thanks in advance
Angie

Hi @AngieO
Sorry to hear your mother is having all these nusince calls if you've previously registered on the Telephone Preference Service and are still receiving calls after 28 days, raise a complaint with them.
You should also send an email to nuisance@telefonica.com with the following details:
O2 will then check through everything and let the regulator know the details.
The only other option would be to request a new sim card with a new number, but if you do not want to do that which would be understandable the above would be the next steps.
