A big thank you for Jill who was the only one who helped me with my problem. All day I was talking to O2 staff who was telling me they do not know when my International Favourites bolt will be working properly again, they have been asking me to give them the numbers, they have been reading my numbers 4 times! Waste of time! Nightmare! The only person who sorted it for me straightaway was Jill so thank you! You made my day!
