I pay £7.50 insurance accidental cover and dropped my phone and the camera glass had broken my phone started to buzz and imagine shaked when I went onto the camera ! So called insurance up paid £70 for a replacement phone and was to exchange phones the next working day which is fine like I say it was just the camera that had broke so didn’t matter that I had to wait a day. So it arrived this morning not working screen shakey and blacking out and when calling someone it made a robot noise then couldn’t not hear anything at all. This I got upset with as I expected a working phone then when I called them off my partners phone they said all they can do is send me another replacement out tomorrow. I have two young children and was on my own that day all day. I suffer from anxiety and mental health conditions and always speak to people on the phone to calm me down when I have a bad episode, also if I needed the emergency services for whatever reason I had no way of contacting them and yet with my phone not working I was unable to do this and got me more anxious knowing I had no phone to contact people for support. I asked if I could go to a 02 shop and get one from there but no they can’t do that..... then with them knowing all of the information after the call ended they have sent my a voicemail which they know I can’t listen too nor do I know what they have said on it. This has made me more angry as they haven’t listened to what I have said. Outrageous service I am utterly gobsmacked and have raised a complaint!
