Incoming calls going to voicemail

For the past week incoming calls going to voicemail.  Once I make an outgoing call (after 2 attempts) can receive incoming but then drops again.Am in Larkfield Kent and have heard could be to do with a new mast going up, Have contacted 02 but no one can tell me what the problem is.

Keep using the Service Checker to check for yourself and once its showing ok re boot your phone by turning it off and on.

Yet again incoming calls going to voicemail. New phone new sim card code given nothing works. Nobody seems to know whats wrong. Really not happy with o2 having an unreliable service if someone needs me.

Hi.

I choose not to use voicemail for various reasons.

Is using voicemail a deal breaker for you.

Obviously just turning it off is not a brilliant solution I accept.

You previous thread to keep this all together I've asked for them to be merged.

Have you tried dialling ##002#.

This is the short code to cancel all diverts, including O2 Voicemail 901.

But if you have turned off voicemail with 1760 this should not happen
