I can see the sense in that - A better battery and a cheaper price tag would have made a World of a difference.

Therein lies the problem...too many new models released and vastly inferior to the Notes 3 and 4. Apple had the same problem with the 5. ..

Yes they released 3 versions of the same phone much like the Galaxy 4 series
