If my phone gets stolen does this get covered by the insurance?

Yesterday, I went to a club and while being in the crowded dance floor someone stole my phone from me, does the premium insurance cover this loss?

Yes it should do. You need to give them a call to make a claim.

Have you contacted customer service to get the phone and sim card blocked?

I don't have their number. I'll drop by tomorrow to see if I get a replacement.

Get a incident number from the police ASAP. It's normally stipulated you have to report it within 24h and have a valid claim number to claim.

Also bit of advise if it was in your bag/coat unattended on the dancefloor say it was taken from your pocket. As my T&Cs don't cover theft from leaving a phone unattended.
