Ordered an IPhone 3g s on tuesday, picked delivery to be on thursday 29th of april, giving them a whole 2 days to do their thing, i took the day off work to get it... but it didnt turn up, so i rang o2. I was put through to customer services, next thing i know im talking to the sales dep, they told me to speak to a manager at customer services. So, i rang customer services AGAIN, asked to speak to a manager, the person then told me there would be no point in me speaking to a manager, then i explained i had been told to speak to a manager, he ignored me and said "well it is still pending delivery" No reason why... i believe itll be sorted out 2moro morning, but thats not the point, im anoyed at the fact ive sat at home all day, not earning a penny and o2 have said it would be delivered *today* and it hasnt!? Better yet, i still wont get it tomorrow, and i do alot of hours over the weekends so this week is out of the question completly.
Anyone else getting/had the same problem with the IPhone 3g s(16gb black) on deliverys?
