Today I had to speak to an agent regarding my account details,(data information etc).
Your agent spent quite some time searching through all my details before reaching a solution.
Your agents name is Kim, and she was absolutely excellent!!
Her telephone manner is supreme, her patience, courtesy and politeness was outstanding!! and me being an 84 year old pensioner found it very refreshing.
Please send Kim my sincere thanks,and I wish her well for Christmas.
May I say, Kim is probably the best telephone agent I've ever dealt with, (and there's been many in my years)
And I salute you for finding staff of such quality-- Don't lose her!!!

Big thanks to Asif from the Retention and Upgrade department!
I had a call with him on 11th September 2024 at 2 PM, and I just have to say how amazing he was.
Before speaking with Asif, I’d already called O2 twice and spoken to two different customer service reps. Both left me completely confused and gave me the wrong info. Honestly, I was ready to switch to a different network—until I spoke with Asif.
He was super helpful and patient with all my questions, guiding me step-by-step and making sure I got the right plan. He made everything so easy to understand! It can be really frustrating to handle things like this over the phone, especially when some reps aren’t clear or don’t seem to care, but Asif was a total pro.
O2, you’re lucky to have such an awesome employee like Asif on your team!
