Then you will probably have to borrow someone elses phone to make the call.
O2 don't have an email address so the contact us link you have been given is the only way sadly

I'm paying off my contract and moving on, it's so hard to communicate with O2; completely their side of the communication problems.
I'm appaulled that I'm sent a random text message yesterday at 10:08am, telling I'm going to be cut off if I don't pay my bill - when I've paid my bill beforehand and check this around 10:15am.
Tried using the numbers they've given me in the text message and they've already decided to cut me off straight after sending the text message ...
