I've given up on customer service....202.

I've no idea what's going on at O2, they used to be  professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I had an ongoing issue for five months last year with sending text messages from my home. In the end I bought a new phone after hours and hours on the phone to O2 getting nowhere.

As a result of poor customer service I was promised £10 off my future bill, that was Oct 31 '22......fast forward to 4th Feb '23 and it's never been applied. I've given up phoning to find out what's happening, you go round and round in circles

and still nothing transpires. Yes it's only a tenner, but it's better off in my pocket than in the pockets of 02. Also I was credited £2.50 on this community site by Breanna on Dec 12 '22 again never saw it credited to my account.

Tried to phone 202 last night "the lines are extremely busy, there is at least a 45 min wait" I hung up.

That's not customer service in any sense of the word.

Rant over.

A sorry state of affairs, true, @Tolkienista.

As for the December Community Rewards, nobody has received their payment for November or December due to some internal delays within O2's systems, but that should be applied later this month (we are informed).

Regarding the other items, if you wish to log a complaint, as nobody here on the forum has access to your account, here are the ways:

https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain

You could also try getting in touch with O2's social media team on any of the links just below this post. Good luck!

@Tolkienista Yes we agree that O2's customer service is pretty poor. There are other numbers you can try, but there's no guarantee that they'll be any better: 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
You can also reach O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
