Every month they say I owe them different amounts from £28 to £412 they say you owe for extra data? omg did i download the internet? besides witch i have a cap on my data usage of 5 gig? then they say oh no you have a credit of £192 for insurance you didn't ask for also we have charged you for 9 months and you contact runs out in 2 weeks so we can charge that? they hang up because its too confusing for them to work out I have asked 7/8 times incl today for a manager to call back to help with the problems not 1 of them have called back Its been going on now for several months I have been recording the calls and I have 1 call where the lad just hangs up another where he is threatening me that he will cut me off unless i pay £412? im on a £28 a month contact that gives me unlimited calls and texts so how can my bill be £412 in 5 weeks yet if I dont pay they cut my business line off I feel like im dealing with Robin Hood and his merry men I have contacted Complaints Review Service today and await their reply I'm happy to take this to court as I have paid out thousands over the last 2 years with o2 I am now wondering how much Iv over paid without realizing ?? I wonder how much we have all over paid? Watch o2 go though your bills (DO NOT LET THEM SET A STANDING ORDER UP AS THEY CAN TAKE WHAT THEY WANT WITHOUT ASKING) I am going to watch dog and trading standards if anyone else wants to join me with their problems please email me Not a happy customer Richard

The only way you are going to sort this is between yourself and CS, so you'll have to keep trying until it gets resolved I'm afraid.

TBF yes they have a few people have that's why I'm not paying anything until they can give me a total to date
its like me coming to fix something in your house then changing the bill each time you ask?
and why does it take 7 requests to get a callback from someone with authority who can sort the problems out and still they don't call
its a JOKE
but I'm not laughing 😞
I will charge them for loss of earnings if they do disconnect me like i say i had this number for over 10 years well before i was with o2 and now they are holding it to rensum unless i pay what they say

When you refer to 5 Gig cap on data - do you mean you have 5 gig of data? The figure quoted isn't a cap - it's what you have included in your allowance, anything over 5 gig will be charged for. As far as I am aware, and stand to be corrected, O2 don't cap contracts.

Data is capped because it just stops when you reach your allowance limit. You are never charged automatically for going over - only if you buy an additional bolt on.

Not being well up on business accounts, is data capped the same as consumer contracts?

I guessing an email to the CEO may help to get the callback...but I wouldn't dream of suggesting it.
