I am totally disgusted with O2 customer services I contacted them about a week or two ago regards my early upgrades which is on 16 August however phone is playing up badly I ask if this could be pushed forward by any chance I was told at the time that they could do it on 5 August which was better than nothing however contacting them today got told they don't seem to have any information on chat (basically saying I am lying) I am annoying considering been a loyal customer for years thanks 02 for making me feel like a mug!

I am also disgusted with o2 CS. I spoke with on their chat a few times as I am waiting for my upgraded Ihone 3gs and dpd tried to deliver it to me but they said I wasn`t at home. In that week I have spent all days at home and I was waiting for courier but nobody in. First time I spoke with CS on their chat few days after as I houve found tracking number in my account. They told me I have to ring dpd and ask them for redelivery. I rang dpd and I told them I can not be at home all day as I work in office hours. They said they not promise me delivery in specific time. I thought to pick it up from dpd depot but is over 35minutes drive from my home so I resigned. I spoke to O2 CS again to resolve this problem and they promised me to delivery my iphone on last saturday. I was happy and left my wife at home. She was waiting for whole day and nobody came in! No dpd courier no Iphone. Lost whole day at home for waiting. I was ungry and contacted O2 CS again and they are absolutely useless. They even want to help to resolve it. They do not carer about their customers. IO have got two numbers with O2 but I am thinking to change company network. Any ideas?
I forgot to add this Iphone was for my youngest brother as his birthday gift.
I am waiting over two weeks for that.
thank you O2

live chat should be knocked on the head and if you use it you should save your chats for proof of the duff information you are given :{

some of them don`t know what they`re doing and give false information. and when you try and prove that you were given this information they "LOSE YOUR CHAT" :{

Hi guys,
Thanks for posting your concerns. I'm happy to forward any feedback and suggestions you might have. However, please keep it constructive, otherwise it's very hard to do anything with it. You're also more than welcome to drop me a PM to discuss it, if you prefer.
Thanks,
Leonard
Hi Leonard, can you at least confirm one thing for everyone? Is your "chat on-line" service run from the U.K. or overseas?? Some very strange names come up as the advisor & their English grammar is terrible! Thank you. Graham
