I got a text saying my bill could not be processed and i should click the link to update my payment info. Never had one of these before so for a split second I thought it was legit and I clicked the link but nothing loaded so I knew then it was a scam.

What should I do? Should I change all my passwords or something?

If you clicked the link but didn't enter any info then you will be fine.

Just block the number and forward the text to 7726.
