I fully agree with your comments. I've been loyal to O2 for years but am now looking to move because of the lack of service communication regarding new handsets, I would like to move on the Huawei P40 Pro+ which is out in June I believe, another phone which has caught my eye is the OPPO Find X2, which is android and google compatible also the fastest charging phone available I believe, 38 mins for a full charge, amazing.
O2 need to seriously look at the phones they are providing otherwise people will just move on.
