Hi   On Monday I requested a notification about a train I needed to catch for a funeral.  That train was cancelled.   Notice given.  But today I received another note on my phone about the same train today being cancelled.     I am part- hearing but rang the train Company I couldn't hear the foreign sounding voice clearly 

How can i stop these notifications coming?   Clear steps please.  Phone is unusual Amplicomms M 9500

Are they sms messages or notifications from an app?

I wrote STOP on the next notification and sent it. It stopped
