How to delink one of the accounts from MyO2

Anonymous
Not applicable

My daughter is now handling her own account but it is still linked to my MyO2.

Is it true the only way to get this resolved is to register a complaint?

I have rung CS once, been told they had done it but it is no different,

this is a new contract - they must be able to cancel and re-set it up at worst

The option is not available for customers to do it themselves but CS should be able to assist, I would think - Call them on 202.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I recall their being a warning on the page that once the numbers were linked it's not possible to unlink them.

What have O2 on 202 Said ?

Edit : the complaint link is here if you want to use it http://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain/complain

It sometimes pays to call back to speak to another agent.

Let us know what they say please.

It must be possible for CS to do, but it might not update until the systems run overnight.

It was so simple when you could do it yourself online. It's time they reintroduced it. I have a P&G linked to my account which I scrapped around a year ago but I don't want the hassle of chasing O2 to do it.
