I've been on hold for 40 minutes now.
Anyone else experiencing such long wait times?
Update - 50 minutes now
Anyone know how long you queue for Vodafone customer services on average?
Update - 56 minutes. At 60 minutes the phone is going out the window.
Boom, 1 hour on hold. Game over.
Update - having another go today - Tuesday. On hold for 45 minutes so far! I managed to get a Live Chat around 5pm but they disappeared after one message.

I think 8002 is manned by one man and his bemoredog. ...that was my experi6calling a few months ago for a friend...on hold for around 40 minutes....they really need to give the dog a bone.....

I did get through this morning - after 55 minutes miraculously a voice came on the phone and said the magic words - 'can I help you'. So in total 1 hour and 55 minutes on hold. This is a record for me. I must really want the new iphone. I can't think of any other scenario I would put up with it.

Im on hold now for over 50 minutes waiting to upgrade my phone. It disgraceful. I am now at the point that i wish to leave o2 rather than upgrading. Of course, i am also nearing the dreaded 9pm UK and as such will automatically be cut off. This is just not good enough. I dont care that the new iphone has come out and makes waiting times longer. It was of no surprise to anyone that the iphone was coming out - why havent o2 properly planned for this with additional staff. Terrible, terrible customer service.

Cutbacks, redundancies and closure of UK call centres. Not acceptable but a sign of the times. Telefónica are in trouble hence the imminent sell out to Three.

1 hour 4 mins waiting to speak to someone and was then cut off, im being charge for a product i dont use and can't speak to anyone about it. Total disgrace, time to look at switching

But I was connected to an agent in 4 rings when I have just called up.... total call time 15 minutes...
