I'm on a 18 month contract and tonight my phone has been accidently damaged, how do i claim on insurance?

Ok i'll phone them up tommorrow. Would i have to pay anything even though i am insured to send it away and to be fixed?

There's normally a £25 excess charge, unless iPhone when it is anything between £50 and £150 cos us Iphone users are such scammers, apparently.

Never try and scam an insurance company as they've heard all the stories, and you could find yourself on a list of people known to attempt fraud.
