I had a fantastic customer experience from Alisha at the Bury, Millgate Centre O2 store. Met by a smiling face and nothing was too much trouble. Alisha was a lifesaver kindly sorting out my elderly mother's new O2 sim card (which I had accidentally damaged whilst removing it from the template). She even installed it and set up the phone for me. Completely over and above and secured
me as an O2 customer for some time yet!! A pleasure to deal with and I would definitely return to this store. Thank you Alisha.

The Bury store has always been one of the better ones for customer experience from way back when one of the bigger call centres was based in Bury.
