Never got message telling me my data limit is used, never even got close in past to using it all!
Can't add data bolt on via O2 App "This informational is not avialable...."
Live chat not available.

My normal work pattern was nightshift 7-7 and I was aware of the inability to call customer service until I got home in the morning. No excuse for O2 not sending the data limit text or for the website being down. This has been a major problem for months on end when systems are either failing or being taken down for maintenance. I'm hoping things improve with the Three takeover. Maybe they use a better IT team.....
