Help to recognise a team member

Hi O2 Team, how do I get one of your team recognised for excellent service? I am happy to write an email about their highly professional and dedicated performance which I received today as a customer with a very difficult problem. Basically, Nikol, the assistant store manager for Shrewsbury branch, was brilliant today! Was working exceptionally hard as some staff were off poorly, delivering a very professional service while seeing through a challenging issue. Please can you get a member of management or head office to recognise her dedication and hard work. Thank you 😁
