Help switching services: only transferring 1 of 2 contracts

Hi all,

I previously had 2 contracts with O2, and am switching to a new provider, but only wish to keep one of the numbers. 

I've used the PAC code to transfer the one I want, but I'm stuck with how to end my other contract. Normally I'd use a STAC code, but I'm not sure that I can use both that and the PAC code on this new contract.  

Do I need to go about this in a different way? If so, how?
