Hi I have tried to upgrade my switch up online for the iPhone 16 pro max when I get to the checkout it asks me for a £1.00 upfront cost. I have tried two banks and two cards and each say there’s an issue with taking the payment? I have no idea why this is when there are funds in my account. Please help?
