Just been talking to a network provider who has informed me that there is a problem porting in or out any Mobile with the Virgin Mobile Prefixes and if that number has been ported out from VMo2 in the past

Can not be ported or in or out due to issues porting these numbers in which is resulting in ports been cancelled now this might only be any network linked to EE...

People might come here when they try and port back in or out of o2..

Is the conversation I had with the support team, and the number involved came from Virgin, but is now with ID Mobile..

Thanks for the info

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Any insight on whether porting from Lyca Mobile has settled down, or are they still beset with problems.

Not heard anything about Lyca, and if they lifted their porting in and out restrictions....

They have bigger problems with one of their Sub Brands - Vectone...
