I can't hear anyone when I made a call.  They can't hear me.  The only calls that ring on my phone are from other 02 users.  Anyone who phones me from another provider just gets cut off.  I did speak with a very nice man who explained they had registered me as iphone - which I am not - and they would reregister me as Android and all would be well in 24 hours. Can anyone advise if they have had similar problems and if they have managed to find a solution.  My brother has an 02 phone and doesn't experience any of this but if he phones me from another room in the house can't understand a word I am saying

The biggest problem with the transfer from Virgin appears to be that their Belgian programed SIM cards don't always play nice.

If you can get to an O2 store with some photo ID then they will change it.
