Hi,
I specifically puicked a phone which was "in stock", wasn't the one I overlly wanted but needed one quickly. I'm now being told its out of stock, with no estmate when I will recieve it.
Why is the website keep up to date as its very frustrating as if I had known that this handset was also not in stock I would have just chosen the phone I wanted initially.
I conduct much of my business on my phone due to covid and really needed today, hence paying next day delivery for a phone listed as in stock.
Update - I got an email saying my hanset wasn't going to arrive on time as it was out of stock but arrived one time anyway.

I know how angry you must be, it happens all the time despite us asking repeatedly for O2 to implement a live stock system!
You could call O2 and ask when it will be in stock and ask them to cancel your order if it isn't coming soon.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
