Reading these forums, this seems to be to best way to give praise to an o2 Guru, by tagging@Martin-O2
I would like to pass praise Stephane Elan's, who is a Guru in the Hammersmith branch.
Stephane helped me upgrade three SIM-only accounts to one family account, increasing our data but keeping the same price... and all in under 15 minutes. His advice, efficiency and professionalism was greatly appreciated. His knowledge of the packages available, as well as the best way to process that on the system was flawless.
