Has anybody been struggling to get their £50 Google play voucher from o2?

no i lodged an official complaint and got a refund for £50 but was told if i ever get the voucher i can have that as well

 

just web chatted CS and after 20 minutes he gave the number for  ticket master and told me tol call them to sort it 

 

what a dick

Although if I had a spare 10mins I may call them and ask where my voucher was tongue

But you've had your 50 quid,
Can't see them doing an awful lot when your account notes will show a payment in regards to the promotion..

I would agree with that in theory...but the op said he was told....

So who pays the voucher. Is it solely an O2 promotion or a phone manufacturer promotion?
