That's what O2 support said about the delay in Samsung Galaaxy S20 / S20 + / S20 Ultra phones..

If you have not received an email or SMS that your order is being delayed, do not worry !! Only if you receive an additional message about the delay, your order can really be late !!!

Anyway, you need to wait for March 10, then it will become clear !!!

I rang up today to check on order progress and was advised very similar. The advisor stated that anyone who's phone has been delayed will have received an email and if you haven't had said email then your phone will arrive around the 13th March.
