Hi,
I recieved a call from O2 on Mon 20/02. Long story short I ordered the new Ipad Pro. I received Emails etc but still no Ipad. I then checked with UKMail and listened to a message saying it had been delivered on Wed and signed for by Ahmed. I dont know anybody of this name.
Any further ideas where to go? I've been to O2 cust support and fraud line but haven't heard anything since.
Help.........

Call O2 as it's their responsibility to get your device to you. They are responsible for the device until it's in your possession.
Don't allow to be fobbes off. Also put in a complaint using resolver I'll pop back with a link in a min: link https://www.resolver.co.uk/companies/o2-complaints
