Got my Samsung s6 today. The guy in the shop said I had 14 days to claim my Fitbit but the website said I can't claim until after 14days?
How does that work...

He's confused, I guess....
Have a search on here as there are a couple of other threads with discussion on claiming.

He gave me a leaflet in the O2 shop with what to do on it. Followed it, it let me put my IMEI number in but then came up with 'not eligible. If you have recently purchased your product please wait 14 days'

Then I guess you need to wait......
I assume it is to put you past the cooling off period so you don't return the phone and keep the fitbit.

There's always a possibility that as you got the phone today it hasn't registered on the system yet.

Hi @Anonymous

Did you complete the application form and get the confirmation email? If so you either need to visit  your local O2 shop (as the poster above you) or contact customer services http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
