Hi everyone,
In this topic, we'll post any progress on the known plaform issues that you have brought to our attention so far and that we are looking into, along with any future updates we get on them. We thought it would be good to recap what is currently being worked on, and have it all in one place so we can keep you in the loop going forward

Current issues being looked into
-These have been reported to the platform provider and are being investigated-
- Kudos and posting box window not working correctly in the blog section
- New comments on Blog articles (Reviews or Guides) in Unread posts link to the initial post and not the latest comments
- Read comments stuck in Unread Posts even after being read
Current feedback being looked into
-These are being discussed with the different teams involved in the project-
- Various differences between Mobile view and Full view (list here)
- Size of the homepage header
- Image in the hompage header
- Lack of board structure on the homepage

I think we can say my gmail issue is totally fixed. I have just upgraded my tariff and all emails in relation to it have come into my inbox. As they come from the shop and mycare, they didn't go into spam. Went straight to inbox.
Whilst I am the subject of my upgrade, it was an extremely quick process. I rang at 2pm and was put through immediately, without any wait at all. The process was quick, painless and efficient. Well done O2.

No, I was going for 6GB but 10GB was the same price, so I went for that that @jonsie

Last Jan, more for 4GB and new phone than 25GB, same new phone AND free add'l 50GB (75GB total).

I remembered that I am missing the opening 2 F1 races in March.
I was also away for Brazil this year. I tried to watch it on my phone and ran out of data (the Wifi is useless where I will be) So if I want to do the same in 2020, the 10GB will be fine.
