Hi everyone,
In this topic, we'll post any progress on the known plaform issues that you have brought to our attention so far and that we are looking into, along with any future updates we get on them. We thought it would be good to recap what is currently being worked on, and have it all in one place so we can keep you in the loop going forward

That one with the BRB (big red box) warning text is really weird, appeared yesterday, completely unreadable 😖

Had to follow the Aliens protocol @pgn (nuke it from orbit) by marking ALL posts as read - it was the only way to make sure...

Not a Forum issue per se this one, but another typo on a main O2 website PAYG T&Cs page: https://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/rewards/more-data-same-price-big-bundles-rolling-plan
Under Big Bundle Eligible Customers at point 4 it says:
Eligibility & Participation
4. This Offer is open to new & upgrading customers (“Eligible Customers”) who make a Qualifying Purchase or customers who migrate from a Big Bundle to a Rolling plan during the Offer Period.
and under Rolling Plan Eligible Customers at point 4:
Eligibility & Participation
4. This Offer is open to new & upgrading customers (“Eligible Customers”) who make a Qualifying Purchase or customers who migrate from a Big Bundle to a Rolling plan during the Offer Period.
5. A “Qualifying Purchase” is a purchase of either: (i) a £10 Rolling plan (ii) a £15 Rolling plan; a £20 Rolling Plan; or (iv) a £30 Rolling plan, made directly from O2 (including stores, online at o2.co.uk or through our O2 Telesales), between 24th October 2024 and 5th February 2025 or until such time as the offer is withdrawn (“Offer Period”). All other Tariffs, including Classic Pay As You Go, are excluded from the Offer.
The Big Bundles option has its Clause 4 ass-backwards, as I read it, @Dave-O2?
