I want to use a debit card with a foreign billing address but the site doesn't provide for a foreign address.
What can be done?

I already know this and I think this is ridiculous. I travel twice a year to the UK to visit my family and sometimes run out of credit at the airport.

If you don't have a UK debit card there are a few options for you.
- Get family to top up
- Use an ATM to top up
- Buy a voucher with your native card at any major retailer
- Use eBay to buy a top up voucher
Those are the o2 terms and conditions presently but maybe they will change them in the future. There has been many problems with fraudulent topups over the years. O2 set the ground rules to try and minimise the risk.

Comes with a cost I would think. Maybe 10%?
