Hi everyone after the whole scandal and numerous calls I finally got sorted.I was a bit wound up earlier when I spent 1/2 hour at lunch time talking to someone in the platinum team and clearly didnt wanna help me.Then he had to the check to ask me was I leaving or not.I just put the phone down.Spoke to a complete gentleman on detentions,explained the situation and helpful was not the word.Got me wat I wanted,especially after the platinum advisor said he cant do anything to get me a deal!I'm delighted,I'm very helpful with all the advice and help I received on this.
I know one thing,like I said to the guy.i rather not be a platinum customer if the service is going to be rubbish.
