Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows how to leave feedback for an o2 employee (positive). Yusra was just brilliant and I want to make sure it goes directly to her manager. Does anyone know the best way to do this?

We just need to tag @Marjo @Martin-O2 or @EmilieT who will do the necessary for you.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

You know, I realise this is way out of fashion these days, the best feedback is by letter to head office. That way, both the advisor, their manager and their team get the credit. Their is also a copy of the letter on the advisor's employee file too. Customers don't realise what such a letter means to an adviser.

I know that sounds a nice way to do things @jonsie, though I would always worry that the advisor wouldn't actually get the thanks. We found that a lot in the NHS. If anyone wrote to the Chief Executive praising the staff on my ward, we rarely got to hear of it!

It was as if the CEO liked to store such letters of praise in HIS office to read and admire Evil

And if the adviser works for an outsourced (not sure if I’ve spelt that right!) company as I do, I’m guessing the chances are they’d never see the letter.

It's great to hear you had such a good experience with Customer Service thanks to Yusra, @Whitneygrace smiley

I will make sure this feedback goes to her and her manager, so I sent you a PM (Private Message on the forum) to get some more information. I'll also add your feedback to this lovely collection of positive experiences here afterwards!

Thanks @MI5 for the mention as well thumbsup

That's absolutely correct @Whitneygrace

People are so quick to complain ...and often forget to give thanks when it means such a lot thumbsup
