Recently my contract for 8GB at £13.99 a month was up, and having looked through the O2 website I was disappointed with the offers available.
I popped into the O2 Tower Centre store in Ballymena to see if anyone could help, or if not I would cancel my contract. Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable - he was very honest about the deals available and even helped me to get a much better price for more data!
Having thought I’d have to go through all the hassle of changing provider and getting a new SIM, this is stellar service and has ensured my place as a loyal customer at O2 for a long time. If every representative could be as efficient and helpful, it would make my life a lot easier!
