Mine and my husbands contract was terminating and we called O2 to review any upgrade deals. We came through to this lovely lady called Amanda fletcher. She was so patient and talked us through several deals. She was ready to answer any questions and she was ready to help. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Really friendly and polite. We can’t wait to get our new phones. Excellent customer service we couldn’t be happier or more satisfied with the customer service Received 10/10. Thank you Amanda for all your help!
Could this feedback be passed on to Amanda and her manager.

Hmmm. It managed to last from 28th August until 30 seconds after I posted. Funny that. No offence at you @MI5 you are a legend and this place lucky to have you. Massive respect for you, I've told you before anyway. If I'd time an could be bothered I'd find plenty less relevant posts than mine left where they were intended. To have it moved without a word is poor effort and bordering on rude by admin. I'm a Spotify rock star (stop laughing!) and we'd get slaughtered for that. Right I'll sign off now, darkened room et etc lol
