I just wanted to write to say thank you to Chris (Liverpudlian) in the Cheshire office. I wanted to praise him for his diligence, patience and his dedication to resolving my issues. Can someone tell me how i would go about doing this? or how to let his managment team know what a Gem of a man they have working for them?
