I would just like to congratulate O2 on their excellent customer service. After a problem with my new iPhone7 which resulted in two phone calls to O2 Customer Services followed by a visit to the Apple Store (which didn't resolve anything and only caused further frustration), the third person to deal with my complaint couldn't of been more helpful, or apologetic, and not only resolved the issue there and then but went the extra mile to apologise and restore good customer relations. Thank you O2 for the first class customer service 😊 Carolyn

Apologies for confusion but Carolyn is my name😊. It was a guy who provided the excellent customer service but unfortunately I can't remember his name. I'm sure O2 willhave a record of the conversations though 🤞🏼
