Our phones have all lost signal/network!! 7 hours without any mobile service now! Is there something wrong with o2?
We are in grassington north yorks, and we just can't use the phones. It's not just mine but the other two household phones- all on o2!

Check your postcode @ http://status.o2.co.uk/ to see if there are any outages in your area. If there is nothing showing, contact O2 later this morning to report the fault.

Wondering why this is in the announcements section?
You'll have to ask O2 if there is an ETA for a fix, It could be hours or weeks depending on what has happened, what needs fixing and whether any third parties are involved (council, land owner etc)

Indeed, I have queried why posts in this section have been made in the past.
One would assume that an announcements section would be used only by O2 staff or the moderation team for, dare I say it, announcements concerning the forum or O2 services in general.
