Emailing O2

Just to let you know that O2 do NOT have an email address anymore.

I wanted to email them with a complaint i had and had to turn to the Community to ask anybody how to send an email to them . The few answers i did get i tried but ended up nowhere.

I hate phones at the best of times as i think they are invasive items on your life and before you ask why i have one the answer is I'm a first aider of 44 years and on hand if friend or family need help but will give up when my certificate runs out next year as the cost are a lot more than i would like them to be.

Yes, I did tell you here there was no email for customer service https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-and-Pay-Go/Web-Top-Up/m-p/1084582#M138947 , but there is a complaints email address you can use.
