the official complaints address is mailto:complaintreviewservice@o2.com http://service.o2.co.uk/IQ/SRVS/CGI-BIN/WEBCGI.EXE?New,Kb=Companion,question=ref(User):str(Mobile),C...

If anybody posted the correct email address it would be removed from this forum immediatly

I can guess why yours has bounced back though a very common error with o2

They do list the postal address, snail mail but maybe an option if all else fails?

Hi there,

Sorry to know you're disappointed. What issues have you experienced? Have you discussed your concerns with anyone so it can be investigated and we can look to resolve it? Happy to help you here and if needs be, feel free to drop me a PM.

Thanks

Abs

i wonder what network 02 employees are on? and re: contacting the chief exec, the contact us bit seems overly complicated, why can't they have a simple button where you can either ring and speak to a human or simply send a email without having to go through a million questions or through a maze of switchboards.
