I received my promo code today 6/11/23 for ear buds 2 Pro for a £1 and when I click link and enter code it says code invalid anyone no why this is

it is probably because O2 seem to have completely messed-up the promotion. If you search this forum, you will find many other individuals in the same position as you. When you contact them, you will get a new code which will hopefully work.
