Downloads from New Phone To Samsung A12

Purchased A New A12 in June 21
Download from my old phone G5 Neo shop by Guru AT SHOP IN NORTHAMPTON  he also cleared my old software from my G5 Neo
Then told me I would have to seek advice from a mobile phone expert ????
GURU.REPAIR MAN SAID  THIS COST WOULD BE £30 FOR NEW SOFTWARE DOWNLOAD!!
WHY SHOULD I FOOT THE COST.! CAN YOU HELP

First off please remove your mobile number from a public forum, you are opening yourself upto spam. 

I dont understand what you mean by wiped the software from your G5?? Is the Operating system, and who told you it would cost £30??
