Downloading PDF copy of monthly bill

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have just tried to download and save a copy of my monthly bill and discovered the "PDF" file had an HTML extension. I then checked and found the file would not open with Adobe Reader or browser and this was the same with all files back to November. The problem is not present with Firefox only Chrome.

I have tried to report this to an Advisor on chat but his questions were "Why do I want do download six months of bills?" "Are you having trouble logging in?"

About as useful as a chocolate teapot.

Just tried it and it's working fine for me (using Chrome). I clicked the link to download the file as a PDF which displayed it on screen, I then right clicked and chose save as.

My bill was due yesterday. Just downloaded it with no problem, using Firefox.

If you're not having a problem opening it in Firefox, open it with Firefox. Why is it necessary to be able to open it in Chrome?

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Yes it opens fine. How are you trying to save it?

Do not right click on the "download pdf" link, open it first then right click on the open document.
