Hi.
Purchased a Doro mobile for my mother in law over a year ago. She has returned it saying it is not working.
Do not know if it is locked out or what. Think it could be the former as she says she is scared of the phone. How can I find out if it is locked out or is it a trip to an O2 shop to get it sorted?
