Do I lose all unused at months end?

I don't understand this. I have Pay & Go go go, and paid £30. Balance tells me I now have £10 credit? 1 day later? And to use it all by months end. Does this mean that if I havent used it all, I lose it all, and have to put in another £30. Whats happened to the first £20 as well?

They'll take off whatever credit off that you need to pay for the allowance. £10 I think

What tariff are you on exactly? Unused credit is never lost. Unused allowances such as minutes, data and texts are lost and are renewed each month on your anniversary date. Payment for your allowance is taken from your credit each month.

I am paying £30 a month on Pay&Go. Or is that Pay & Go Go Go ???? Whatever.
I have an iPhone, and mainly need the data - 250 mb a month. Calls and text I could care less about really, but £30 a monthe seems a lot. Oh well, telcos are in the business I suppose, and pay&go is a licence to print money.

Yes, 250 minutes, 2500 texts and 250 mb.
I'll never use 2500 texts. And 4hours on the phone in a month may be possible, but 250 mb can be used up in a few minutes on an iPhone.
The other problem is the very marginal signal coverage of o2. I'm going to stop using them when this month is done. Waste of money

That tariff is £20 per month, it then doubles the allowances after 3 months.

If you're not bothered about mins and texts then call up and ask to pjust put a data bolt on on and see about removing the tariff.
